Waiting For Ava

“But these things I plan won’t happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, be patient! For it will surely take place. It will not be late by a single day.” Habakkuk 2:3

Arrival in Nanning

We made it. We are finally in Nanning. The closest we have ever been to Ava. She is only a three hour bus ride away. The babies will be at the Civil Affairs at noon tomorrow. We will be leaving here at 3:00 p.m and will have Ava in our arms shortly after 3:30 - 3:45 p.m. It is so surreal. We walked into our room here in Nanning for the first time about thirty minutes ago and of course what do we see in our room? A crib. It is amazing. We are lucky enough to have a couple in our group who has adopted from China before. They are very helpful. Terri is now unpacking Ava's clothes and getting ready. I will put up some pics that I took from the bus. The scenery is amazing.
