Our Trip to the Temple of Heaven

We got a memo from our guide Mary (image left) today informing us of when we will be getting Ava on Monday. We will be leaving for the Civil Affairs office (on Monday) at 2:30 p.m and we will be back to our hotel by 5:00 p.m. That means that Ava will be in our arms between 2:30 and 5:00 p.m. (China time). We are so excited! Words can hardly describe how we are feeling right now. So when our family members wake up Monday morning they will hopefully see pics of us as a family. I can hardly believe the time has come.

In the mean time here are some pics of our visit to the Temple of Heaven today. The buildings are beautiful.

    Okay, I'm going to have to remember to only check the blog when I have time for a bawling session, LOL Just seeing you both THERE is so surreal... Great pics! (And no flip flops! Very sensible footwear choice, Terri. hahahaa) Can't wait for Monday morning!!!
