NESTING

Has anyone ever heard of the phrase that says something like this. A woman can sense when she is going to give birth just before it happens and she goes into this phase of cleaning and getting things ready in the babies room. This is called Nesting. Well I am starting to believe that we are going through this phase also. Here we are doing last minute cleaning, last minute touch ups in Ava's room. Trying to get an area ready in our basement so that Ava will have a little play area of her own. Packing and unpacking and then repacking. It's funny how two different situations can almost be the same. Pregnancy compared to Adoption. I guess one can say that it doesn't really matter how a baby enters your life. Either by pregnancy or by adoption. Either way is the same to me. All I know is that Ava will be in our arms in less than six days. SIX DAYS. WOW.
