Three Days To Go and We Got An Update

Wednesday of last week Terri sent away for an update to http://www.ladybugsnlove.com/. We received the update today. How exciting. We were unable to get pics of Ava but we did get new measurements for her and other info.

Her new measurementsare:

Her height is 72.5 cm or 28.5 inches.

She weighs 8.5kg or 19.16 pounds.

Her head circumference is 43.5 cm or 17.12 inches.

Her chest circumference is 45 cm or 17.71 inches.

Her feet are 11cm or 4.33 inches in length.

She has four upper teeth and two lower teeth.

She isn't walking yet but she can stand with assistance.

Her favourite foods are sweet fruit, sweet drinks, congee, rice and formula.

Her favourite toys are a mobile phone that plays music and remote control cars.

We also found out Ava is the only foster child in her foster home.

We were unable to get pics of her foster mom or family.

So now we have a better idea of what size of clothes to take to China with us. I'm betting that we will be going out to buy a mobile phone that plays music to take to China with us.

Three more days til we fly to Beijing and 7 more days until we have Ava in our arms.

It is unbelieveable that the wait is now down to less than a week.

We are so excited!
