No baby yet - but some updated pictures and info

We just got back from signing all of the required paper work. We got an updated picture that was taken on July 22nd. Please excuse the pictures that are on the pledge letter. They are not good. We look like criminals. In the update we received it states that she is spoken to in the Mandarin language and in the local dialect. When she is spoken to she is referred to as Mei Yuan. She is not talking yet but makes sounds. She likes to held up high like she is flying in an airplane. She likes to be tickled and she likes to crawl around and stand up with you holding her hands. She is apparently not allergic to any medications. She is an extrovert, active and warm hearted. Her foster mother is the closest person to her. T-minus three and a half hours and she will be in our arms. We were informed that we have to wear masks while we are at the Civil Affair's office.
