Waiting For Ava

“But these things I plan won’t happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, be patient! For it will surely take place. It will not be late by a single day.” Habakkuk 2:3

Ava turns two!

Ava turned two today. What a wonderful day spent with Ava's friends and cousins and dinner with Ava's Aunties' Sherri and Laurie. Ava received some wonderfully fun gifts. Uncle Tom and Aunt Bonnie and cousins Alicia and Johnny bought Ava a merry go-round for the backyard. We will get alot of use of it in the years to come.

Aunt Sherri and Aunt Laurie got Ava a vintage pedal car. They found it at the Goodwill and got a phenomenal deal on it. Laurie had the seat reupholstered and it is in great shape. What fun gifts for our amazing girl!

We are having a Barb-q on Saturday to celebrate Ava's birthday with family and friends.

Saturday we had the opportunity to visit with Linda, Octavio and KaiLee and Cathy, Brian and Ami. What a great day. We travelled with them last year to get our daughters and it was so nice to see the girls together again. They are all from Guiping SWI and spent a good part of their first year together. It is amazing to see how much the girls have changed over the last year. They are no longer babies. Little girls with fun, strong personalities. We hope to get together alot more. It is important to us that the girls remain friends for a long time. Ami is aroung 7 weeks older than Ava and Kailee is about 5 weeks younger. It is nice to see that all of the girls are thriving and meeting their milestones and surpassing some. What a wonderful day! Thanks Linda and Octavio. You are the ultimate hosts!
