Waiting For Ava

“But these things I plan won’t happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, be patient! For it will surely take place. It will not be late by a single day.” Habakkuk 2:3

Happy Holidays everyone

We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year.
Here's hoping China speeds up and we all have our children in our arms soon.
Cheers!

A Surprise Visitor

So I was laying on the couch having a nap today and someone came knocking on our front door. I opened it up and found Linda, a fellow parent in waiting, standing there holding her referral pictures that she received today. Terri and I met her at the Adopt Talk seminar that we attended earlier this year. She is in group 252 with Children's Bridge. She brought over her pictures of her new baby daughter to show us. She looked so happy. Terri and I are so excited for her. She informed us that she and her husband are slated to travel to China in February to pick her up. Only two more months wait and she will be in their arms. We are so glad to have somebody that lives so close to us in the same boat as us. Maybe our children can play together in the future. We are so excited to see little Kelly come home from China. We would just like to say thanks to Linda for sharing her special day with us. It meant so much to us.
